Having been established in 1980, Laguna Beach Properties manages more properties in Laguna Beach than any other provider. Our full-time staff is friendly, highly experienced, well-educated and is uniformly (and uniquely) taught to do whatever is right for our clients.

Dave started out in the computer industry in 1980 fresh out of college. After over 20 highly successful years in that industry – having personally sold more Apple Macintosh computers than anyone in the world in the late 1980s and ending up as the COO of a multi-billion dollar national services company – he wanted to find a career where he could apply his operational and sales knowledge while working locally and for himself. He founded Csira Properties, now doing business as Laguna Beach Properties, in 2005 and has established himself as a local leader in the real estate industry.
Dave served as the board president for the Laguna Board of Realtors in 2019 and has spend many years on the Professional Standards committee. Dave moved with his family to Laguna Beach from New Jersey in 1991. He has six amazing children and is most proud of his role as a dad.
